🎯 About Our Predictions
How accurate are your predictions?
Our current accuracy is displayed in real-time on the home page and in our
Results Archive. We track every prediction and update results daily after matches finish. Typical accuracy for football predictions ranges from 50-60%, and we're constantly improving our model.
What data do you use for predictions?
We analyze multiple factors including recent team form (last 5 matches), goals scored and conceded, league position, and home advantage. Learn more about our methodology on the
How It Works page.
When are predictions updated?
Predictions are generated fresh every day with the latest team statistics, form, and league standings. Odds are fetched in real-time from multiple bookmakers.
What does "confidence" mean?
Our confidence score (48-78%) indicates how certain our model is about the prediction. Higher confidence means a more clear-cut result based on the data. However, even high confidence picks can lose - that's football!
What is "value" in betting?
Value betting is when the odds offered are higher than the actual probability of an outcome. For example, if our model thinks Liverpool have a 70% chance of winning but the odds imply only 55%, that's positive value. Over time, betting on positive value selections should be profitable.

⚽ Betting Basics
What is an accumulator?
An accumulator (acca) combines multiple selections into one bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out, but the odds multiply together giving much higher potential returns. For example, three selections at 2.0 odds each combine to 8.0 (2.0 × 2.0 × 2.0).
What does "Home Win", "Draw", "Away Win" mean?
These are the three possible outcomes (markets) for a match:
• Home Win: The home team wins
• Draw: Match ends level
• Away Win: The away team wins
What is a "unit" in betting?
A unit is a standardized betting amount, typically 1-2% of your total bankroll. For example, if you have £1000 to bet with, 1 unit might be £10-20. Our recommended stakes are shown in units (e.g., "3.5 units") - you decide what one unit means for your budget.
Should I always bet on the highest confidence picks?
Not necessarily. High confidence doesn't always mean the best value. A 55% confidence pick at 3.0 odds might offer better value than an 80% confidence pick at 1.5 odds. Look for a combination of confidence AND positive value percentage.
